New Sphinx Documentary Shines Much Needed Spotlight on the Greatest Mystery of Egypt

Anyextee’s new film raises ALL the right points (and questions) regarding the ‘Guardian of the Sacred Archives’.

This is a WIN for esoteric historians; for ‘Egypt-Truthers’; for fans of John Anthony West and for students of the Symbolist School. No documentary since Mystery of the Sphinx, has reached so directly into the heart of this most puzzling, yet awe inspiring, monument and the riddle she holds. The Sphinx Explained: Origins, Identity and Hidden Entrances is the work of Anyextee – Esoteric investigator, tour guide and founder of Adept Initiates, Adept Expeditions, and Ancient Egypt Mystery Schools. [View full film below]

There are very few people who are aware of the work of John Anthony West and its profound importance. Fewer still, are those who have had the privilege to travel with him in Egypt. Both Anyextee and I have had the great honor of calling him a friend and mentor. West’s work broke the ground for the entire field of independent archaeology to grow from. It was he who sowed the seed that has led to the current harvest of revelations coming from investigators of prehistoric cultures across the globe. His importance cannot be overstated. You can read more about John here.

In introducing the central mystery of the Sphinx, Anyextee focuses on the work of West and Dr. Robert Schoch, as it was they who definitively proved that the monument is far more ancient than academia claims. This material naturally leads into the great mystery of the Hall of Records, which West, Schoch and Thomas Dobecki discovered, essentially by accident, as they were scanning the subsurface strata in the Sphinx courtyard. As the renowned psychic, Edgar Cayce, claimed, beneath the front paws of the Sphinx lies a hidden entrance to a sealed Hall of Records, containing historic archives and relics of Atlantis. THIS, simply put, is the great mystery of the Sphinx; first, that it is far older than we’ve been told and second, that it is an entrance to a secret place, which is, perhaps, connected to other secret places… When West’s team scanned the ground, they discovered a ‘rectangular cavity’ directly below the front paws, as Cayce had predicted. No one has ever reported entering this chamber and many researchers have faced great difficulty even being able to get close.

The LATE, GREAT JOHN ANTHONY WEST with ANYEXTEE

Is this not worth investigating? John West believed that understanding the sophisticated societies of the past was the key to unlocking a Golden Age in the present or future. It’s quite possible that whatever is hiding below the Sphinx could, and likely will, profoundly change our world. Anyextee’s new film cuts straight to the chase by describing the relavent details of this astounding case while avoiding all the played-out talking points we’ve heard a thousand times. It then goes on to give a detailed description of the many wisdom seekers of history, who each shared in the deciphering of this great riddle by relaying various clues, which Anyextee has discovered only by sifting through the tomes of rosicrucian historians, Hermetic philosophers and early explorers of Giza. We get clear views of the many entrances into the Sphinx, and most important of all, the one that is hidden at the very heart of the structure, between the front paws and behind the Dream Stele of Thutmosis IV. This may be one of the most important mysteries on Earth, and I must thank Anyextee for his dedication and research.

It is clear from the onset, that this is the work of an artist driven by a passion for understanding the truth about our history. In my own view, a knowledge of West’s work is a necessary starting point for understanding Egypt and there are few who recognize the full impact of his message. Anyextee is the rare exception, who has seen the magnitude of these discoveries and has put in the time to learn everything he could from John. Beyond that, he has followed the leads that John left with him as well as his own paths of research regarding the mystery schools and secret orders that have preserved many of the world’s greatest secrets. Without this wide array of study, one has little context from which they could possibly view the full vista of the Sphinx mystery…

Many of those who discover the alternative timeline theories tend to see it as a bandwagon to jump on, but as Anyextee explains, that is the easy route to take – to point fingers and call names, yet it will not help us ultimately to pull these questions into the realm of academic study. The final aspect of this film that really wins it five stars, is the important distinction between a respectful dialogue and a war of ideologies. Those of us who follow the case for the Hall of Records, do so because we recognize that it could transform our world for the better, but this truth is buried so deep, below a door we’re not even allowed to see. The more years one spends in search of answers regarding this chamber, the more one realizes that it’s bigger than anyone knows. I know that John did respect Zahi Hawass, and to his very last days, attempted to engage in civil dialogue with him, while discouraging the publicized debates that could backfire by further polarizing the argument. Anyextee makes a point to express that we must avoid jumping to conclusions. We, the ‘independants’ do not all agree on some alternate history; we do not disdain academics; but we ask questions, and if we can answer them, we seek the next ones.

When we fully understand the implications of these discoveries, then we should clearly see that the real goal should be to establish a round table, open to all voices, and decipher the truth. I believe that describes exactly the spirit in which this film was made. The root issue is that those who raise this question are often attacked and unfairly denied access to important sites and resources. The more it becomes a war, the less likely it is to become accepted into academic review. Therefore, I greatly appreciate that Anyextee mentions the importance of not making assumptions. Maybe Zahi Hawass does believe these theories, but is pressured by his position not to endorse them. Maybe he will come around. Maybe the Hall of Records has been entered already; maybe not. Perhaps it is being guarded for a good reason. We do not know, but it is a delicate situation. We must continually pose this question, respectfully, yet firmly, or we will never find the truth.

Another friend of mine has been creating a new documentary series about Egypt which should be released shortly, and I know that it will include footage of Hawass inside the chamber in the rear of the Sphinx and possibly in some of the others. I believe they may be making several important reveals in this series and Dr. Robert Schoch is also due to release his documentary, Civilization Before Civilization soon, which will further push the ‘Mehit Thesis’ into view. It is promising at least.

In 2019, I joined Dr. Robert Schoch in the Sphinx Temple, which he had only been inside once before, during the filming of Mystery of the Sphinx. He can be seen here happily collecting photographic evidence of incredible stonemasonry. Many of these blocks were quarried directly out of the Sphinx Courtyard as the sculpture’s body was carved down into bedrock, so we can tell that this temple was built contemporary with the carving of the Sphinx. This in itself tells us a great deal.

Anyextee is rising to the forefront of the Symbolist School (a term used often by West to denote, essentially, ‘esoteric archaeology’). He has gotten around the world, made connections, published his findings, produced many films and was invited to speak at the Conference on Precession and Ancient Knowledge (CPAK) – one of the few places where intelligent discussion of these subjects takes place. In September of 2021, he will be leading a tour of Egypt with Chris Dunn, author of The Giza Power Plant and The Lost Technologies of Ancient Egypt, which are both largely centered on evidence of high technology at Giza and elsewhere. I hope to be on this trip myself, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. (Click image for more info)

Since John’s passing in 2018, I have spoken a great deal with Anyextee and we have shared our notes on the ‘teachings of J.A.W.’ and on our own discoveries. The more we have corresponded, the more I have come to respect his level of dedication and knowledge base. In my view, there are very few people capable of making a film like this and I am glad that Anyextee did, because it seriously needed to be made.

This film gets a big thumbs up and I’d like thank Anyextee for not only taking the time to put it together, but also for dropping it free on youtube for all to see. I know firsthand that there are many great things coming to his channel, so I suggest you give it a like and subscribe.

You can view the full film here and I’ve also recently released an article that discusses much of this controversy which you can find below, along with a few other related materials.
